1.      If inclement weather (Typhoon Signal No.8 or above is hoisted, or Black Rainstorm Warning is issued at 6am and 4 hours after on the event day) or any other unavoidable issues that causes cancellation or rearrangement of the event, notice will be announced via public media and on The Salvation Army Hong Kong & Macau O! Day website.

2.       The Salvation Army reserves the right in the acceptance of all applications, change of the rules and routes, and final decision of the result of the competition.

3.       Deadline for changing teammates is 16 October 2009 (Friday).
