Operation: The Child Sponsorship Programme is administered with individual schools as units. Prior to confirmation of sponsorships, agreement with the local partner organization and the school selected will be signed. Each school will submit a list of students that need assistance to the local partner organization for verification. The verified list will be then submitted to The Salvation Army, local partner organizations and the schools, and all student information will be examined carefully. The record of the students under our programme will be updated regularly. If a child has dropped out of the programme because of graduation, moving away or other reasons, The Salvation Army will verify this information and then inform you as the child's sponsor. Arrangements will be made to allocate another child in need to the sponsor.
