Communication: Every child needs to know someone cares and we encourage our sponsors to write to the children. This lets the boys and girls sense the concern of their sponsors. Through letters, both parties can share in each other's lives. It also provides the children with an opportunity to broaden their world perspective. Sponsors may consider sending gifts and special greetings to children on special or festive occasions. These gifts should be small (not bigger than A5 size envelope) and not fragile. Please do not send money directly to children.
